Job summary

Luxury Presence in the United States seeks a hungry, autonomous Staff or Senior Product Engineer to help scale our internal tools. You will work on the internal tools platform, spanning React frontends, NestJS backends, and complex data integrations with our CRM and data warehouse.

You will lead end-to-end development, partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and Engineering to remove bottlenecks and push AI-native workflows to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior/staff level full-stack engineering experience in fast-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience building scalable backend services (NestJS) and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong PostgreSQL background with Sequelize ORM.
• Familiarity with AI-native development workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal product development with Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and Engineering to uncover bottlenecks and design intuitive, high-leverage tools.
• Own the internal tool ecosystem. Architect and scale our internal platform (Scout) across the full stack with React/NestJS and data integrations.
• Accelerate delivery through AI. Integrate AI natively into daily workflow, using agents to write, review, and ship production code.
• Turn ambiguity into impact. Act as both product manager and lead engineer for internal tools—scoping needs and shipping end-to-end.
