Job summary

Luxury Presence in the United States is seeking a Director of Launch Operations to own onboarding, activation, and the Launchpad platform. You will design an operating model to scale from $100M to $300M ARR while maintaining quality and customer outcomes.

You will bridge operations and product, lead a small team of senior operators, drive AI-native workflows, and partner with GTM Strategy, Onboarding, and RevOps to measure performance and accelerate growth across multiple products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations roles at a SaaS or technology company, including experience leading a team.
• Direct experience running the operational layer behind an implementation, onboarding, professional services, or delivery organization.
• Demonstrable results consistently raising the bar on performance through operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model behind onboarding, launch, and activation across the full product set.
• Design the work flow to handle 3x current volume with higher speed, consistency, and quality.
• Lead Launchpad as a product: vision, roadmap, prioritization, and shipping.
