Job summary
Okta seeks a Sr. Manager of Infrastructure Platform and Shared Services to lead Edge networking, K8s platform, observability, and automation tooling. You will drive self-service capabilities, scale cloud infrastructure, and mentor a high-performing team across SRE and infrastructure disciplines.
Python/Go experience and cloud expertise are desirable. Based in the United States, you will collaborate with product Engineering and Security to ensure reliability, cost-efficiency, and rapid delivery.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated technical leadership of teams
- Experience scaling SaaS infrastructure in public cloud
- Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures and edge infra
- Hands-on with IaC, observability tools and CI/CD
Responsibilities
- Lead the Infra platform and shared services org across SRE & Infrastructure
- Build a world-class observability platform with self-service capabilities
- Accelerate velocity by developing robust platforms and tooling
- Own design and operation of scalable, self-service Cloud infrastructures
- Mentor and grow engineers and managers across domains
- Evaluate engineering designs and ensure timely delivery within resource limits
- Improve SDLC processes for cloud infrastructure as code and deployments
- Prioritize resources and manage service expectations
