Accendra Health is seeking a Director of Indirect Procurement & Category Management to provide strategic leadership for enterprise-wide sourcing, category management, and procurement governance. You will partner with executives to drive value creation, cost optimization, and risk mitigation across indirect spend.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive procurement, sourcing, or category management leadership experience.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide indirect spend programs in regulated industries preferred.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, contracting, supplier management, procurement technology, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year indirect procurement and category management strategy.
• Translate priorities into category roadmaps, sourcing plans, supplier strategies, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead planning processes to optimize total cost of ownership and supplier performance.
• Establish governance frameworks, sourcing standards, and procurement policies across the enterprise.
