Qualifications

• 5+ years building and managing a team of implementation managers or similar.
• Experience with integration projects in large global companies (professional services, finance, retail or tech).
• Ability to develop relationships with global teams and navigate international time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of implementation managers to deliver a great customer experience and go live efficiently.
• Act as sparring partner and escalation layer for the team on complex projects.
• Create an inspiring, collaborative team environment with open communication.
• Scale the team while preserving Adyen's culture.
• Drive continuous improvement and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate across functions to develop the global IM organization.
• Help define and execute strategic initiatives to advance OKRs.
