Job summary

Paradigm is seeking a Manager of Implementation in North Miami, FL to lead a team of Implementation Managers and Specialists. The role focuses on seamless onboarding, post-sale activities, and optimizing workflows to ensure client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the Director of Implementation, manage high-profile accounts, and leverage medical billing knowledge to improve payer-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 2–3 years in customer success or implementation.
• Familiarity with medical billing workflows and payer processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a team of Implementation Managers and Specialists.
• Guide team through onboarding and post-sale workflows.
• Manage high-profile accounts with personalized onboarding and payer knowledge.
• Lead regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with other leaders to ensure smooth onboarding and handoffs.
• Assist Director of Implementation in refining processes.
