Paradigm seeks a Manager of Implementation in Miami to lead onboarding and post-sale activities for healthcare clients. The role focuses on optimizing workflows and standardizing best practices to deliver a high‑quality onboarding experience from start to finish.

You will head a team of Implementation Managers and Specialists, driving performance and customer satisfaction. The job is on-site preferred in the tri-county area with hybrid eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a customer support or related role.
• 2–3 years of customer success or customer implementation experience.
• Experience with medical billing processes and workflows related to onboarding and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of third‑party payers and payer workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and mentor a team of Implementation Managers and Specialists.
• Provide guidance and support to team members and foster professional development.
• Manage high‑profile and VIP accounts with personalized onboarding and payer workflow expertise.
• Conduct regular team meetings, review performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee post‑handoff transitions to Operations and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure smooth onboarding and integrations.
• Work with the Director of Implementation to refine processes and scale best practices.
• Troubleshoot inquiries to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
