Job summary

PARADIGM SENIOR SERVICES INC. is seeking a Manager of Implementation to lead a team responsible for onboarding customers and managing post-sale activities.

You will optimize workflows, standardize best practices, and ensure a high-quality onboarding experience from start to finish, reporting to the Director of Implementation. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, handling VIP accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to ensure successful handoffs and integrations within a

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience (customer support preferred).
• 2–3 years of customer success or customer implementation experience.
• Experience in medical billing processes/workflows related to onboarding and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of third-party payers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a team of Implementation Managers and Specialists.
• Provide guidance and professional development support to team members.
• Manage high-profile and VIP accounts with personalized onboarding and payer workflows.
• Lead regular team meetings to review progress and foster collaboration.
• Ensure workload distribution and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee post-handoff account transitions to Operations for ongoing onboarding.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure smooth onboarding and integrations.
• Work with the Director of Implementation to refine processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot inquiries to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
