You will shape the services strategy, build a scalable delivery model, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive time-to-value and customer outcomes in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in professional services or SaaS delivery.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams and cross-functional partners.
• Experience designing scalable implementation methodologies.
• Domain expertise in home care or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Professional Services strategy.
• Lead end-to-end Careswitch implementation programs.
