Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager for MQ and ACE Engineering to lead strategy, architecture, delivery, and operations of IBM MQ and IBM App Connect Enterprise across our enterprise platforms.

You will build and mentor high‑performing teams, partner with Infrastructure, Security and EA leaders, and drive automation, resiliency, and cost‑effective integration to accelerate modernization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise integration, middleware, messaging, or platform engineering within large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, operations, modernization, and continuous improvement of enterprise IBM MQ and IBM ACE platforms.
• Define and execute the MQ and ACE platform strategy, roadmap, standards, and governance with stakeholders.
• Drive platform automation, operational efficiency, performance optimization, capacity planning, disaster recovery readiness, and continuous service improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams while fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, support models, technology lifecycle planning, and delivery of complex enterprise integration initiatives.
