Accenture Song is hiring a Product Design Lead who will own projects end-to-end—from scoping to delivery—translating user needs and business strategy into scalable product experiences. You will set craft quality, guide teams, and partner closely with clients to drive measurable business outcomes using AI as an enabler.

You will mentor designers, lead cross-disciplinary work, and contribute to growing the practice through strategic narratives and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design across multiple industries.
• 4+ years leading product design engagements end-to-end.
• 4+ years creating product visions, user journeys, and rapid prototypes.
• 4+ years delivering high-fidelity UI with accessible design.
• 3+ years coaching designers and developing contributors.
• 3+ years in agile delivery environments.
• 3+ years shaping AI-powered experiences and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead client programs from approach through delivery with accountability for quality and timelines.
• Resolve ambiguity to design and deliver first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Make strategic recommendations tangible via prototypes, visual narratives, and AI-enabled outputs.
• Set direction while staying hands-on to shape product decisions and design delivery.
• Translate research and design insights into clear client narratives.
• Document AI impacts and contribute to proposals, case studies, and thought leadership.
• Mentor and support team members to grow skills and contribute to the design craft.
