Job summary

IFS is seeking a UX Designer to shape human-AI collaboration through the Agentic Studio platform. You will design intuitive interfaces for AI agents and users who work with them, contributing to end-to-end design across multiple domains.

You will work with AI/ML engineers, product managers, researchers, and content strategists to translate user needs into practical, accessible experiences and reusable design systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio.
• Bachelor-level design or related field or equivalent.
• Proficiency with design tools and prototyping.
• Experience with user research and accessibility principles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design execution and research support for agentic workflows.
• End-to-end design including wireframes and prototypes.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, PMs, researchers, and content strategists.
• Create and refine design patterns for agent configuration and task delegation.
• Advocate for inclusive design and accessibility throughout the product.
