Job summary

Pattern Energy is seeking a senior leader to own and optimize the HR technology portfolio, including HCM and enterprise HR applications. You will drive strategy, governance, and adoption while partnering with HR, IT, Security, and Finance to align technology with business goals.

You will lead external vendors, manage risk, and ensure SOX compliance, data governance, and reporting capabilities, shaping the employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years leading enterprise HR technology platforms in production environments.
• Experience aligning HR tech with Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits and Analytics.
• Proven vendor management and cross-functional collaboration at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the HR technology portfolio, including HCM and enterprise HR apps.
• Lead adoption, change management, and roadmap aligned to HR strategy.
• Drive integrations, security controls, and cost optimization with vendors.
• Partner with HR leadership, IT, Security, and Finance on tech initiatives.
