Job summary

Solomon Page is partnering with a manufacturing and consumer products client to recruit an experienced Director of HR Operations in Austin with a hybrid schedule. The role drives strategic and operational leadership across core people processes, compliance, total rewards, and workforce practices to deliver a positive employee experience.

You will partner with leaders across HR, Finance, Legal, and the business to strengthen HR systems, improve execution, and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• 8+ years in HR with strong experience in operations, employee relations, and HR business partnerships.
• Experience across multiple functions or locations; international experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide leaders on employee relations, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Build trusted relationships and provide responsive HR support across the organization.
• Translate business priorities into effective workforce practices.
• Lead HR operations, programs, and technology improvements.
• Coordinate compensation, benefits, and total rewards with Finance.
