Solomon Page is recruiting for an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead HR for a client serving approximately 750 team members. Leading a team of five, you’ll partner closely with senior leadership to shape HR strategy, strengthen employee engagement, and support a large, diverse workforce. This opportunity combines strategic leadership with hands‑on involvement in day‑to‑day HR operations.

• Base Salary: $130,000–$150,000 + annual bonus eligibility
• Schedule: Onsite five days per week

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands‑on execution.
• PHR, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Availability to work onsite in Hingham five days per week.
