Solomon Page represents our client in its search for an experienced Director, HR Business Partner to support Operations and Quality across a large, regulated environment. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role that partners with senior leaders while staying close to the realities of the business and the employee population.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HRBP or HR leadership role supporting a large, complex organization.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or another relevant regulated environment.

Aufgaben

• Partner with senior Operations and Quality leadership to develop and execute people strategies that strengthen engagement, retention, succession planning, and workforce capability.
• Manage complex employee relations matters.
• Lead, coach and develop a small HR team ensuring proactive and consistent high-quality HR support across union and salaried employee populations.
• Drive workforce planning, change management, performance management, and talent initiatives aligned with business needs.
