Solomon Page is recruiting a Director of Human Resources for a healthcare organization in Dallas, TX. The role will lead the HR team and partner with senior leadership on employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, talent development, and leadership effectiveness.

This is a high-impact leadership position within a continuing care community offering independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of HR management experience.
• Experience leading an HR team and serving as an HR business partner across multiple functions.
• Experience supporting a large, diverse workforce of exempt and nonexempt employees.
• Strong employee relations, leadership coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• PHR, SPHR, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Solomon Page is recruiting for a Director of Human Resources on behalf of a healthcare organization in Dallas, Texas. The organization serves more than 1,700 residents and employs approximately 800 team members. The Director of Human Resources will lead the HR team and partner with senior leadership on employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, talent development, and leadership effectiveness. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the employee experience within a continuing care community offering independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care.

• Base Salary: Starting at $140,000, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus eligibility
