Job summary

Solomon Page is partnering with an organization to place an experienced, people-focused HR leader for an 800-employee healthcare organization. This role partners with senior leadership to shape an employee experience centered on engagement, development, and retention.

The Director of Human Resources & Workplace Culture will lead the HR team on-site in Peabody, MA, driving strategies, coaching leaders, and overseeing talent development and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR management experience.
• Experience leading an HR team and supporting multiple business functions.
• Experience supporting a large, diverse workforce of exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, and coaching skills.
• PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.

$140,000–$165,000 base salary + annual bonus eligibility
