HR Search Pros, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Head of Total Rewards for a hybrid role to lead the design and delivery of compensation, benefits, payroll, HCM operations, and People Operations compliance for the company.

The role is a hands-on leadership position with a clear mandate to assess the current state, address gaps, set direction, and execute. You will lead a growing Total Rewards team and report to the Head of People.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards.
• 5+ years leading teams and enterprise-wide programs at Director level or above.
• Deep compensation and benefits expertise, including executive compensation and equity.
• Experience rebuilding or advancing a function with improved programs and controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, implementation, and communication of compensation, benefits, payroll, and People Operations compliance.
• Hands-on leadership with mandate to assess current state, address gaps, set direction, and execute.
• Strengthen the function’s capabilities, offerings, and service to the business and People team.
• Lead a growing Total Rewards team.
• Report to the Head of People.
