Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management with 5+ years in housekeeping management or
• high school diploma with 7+ years in housekeeping leadership and operations, and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute housekeeping strategies to exceed guest satisfaction, cleanliness standards, and revenues.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to continually enhance and advance the department.
• Hire, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance.
• Ensure staff are trained to standards and able to carry out department operations.
• Develop staff personally and professionally and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Assist with or perform cleaning duties as needed and address service or equipment complaints.
