Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms and public areas according to procedures and standards.
• Stock carts with cleaning supplies and amenities to ensure readiness.
• Observe knocking procedures before entering rooms.
• Report room status and damages to supervisor.
• Secure doors and maintain hallway cleanliness.
• Return lost and found items and manage guest room keys as needed.
• Follow safety and security rules and company policies.
• Assist other housekeeping staff as required.
