Job summary

APTIM’s Energy Transition team seeks a Senior Project Specialist to process HOMES and HEAR program applications and ensure accurate submissions. You will interact with customers, contractors, and internal teams to maintain compliant project data and workflows.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in energy program management, with CRM, analytics, and MS Office proficiency. Reporting to the Associate Portfolio Manager, Madison, WI-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years’ program/project management experience related to energy program implementation.
• Effective communication skills, experience with client engagement and coordination.
• Experience with CRM systems and tracking systems.
• Quantitative and analytic capabilities including report writing spreadsheet analysis and identifying problems and solutions.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to manage time and prioritize projects within deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an energy efficiency team ensuring administration, implementation, and verification of projects.
• Review project application forms for compliance with program policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update system databases accurately.
• Assist with project reporting and program deliverables.
• Engage with customers and contractors via email and calls; update program databases.
• Develop templates and forms to manage intake and communications.
• Develop relationships with program partners to support program managers.
