Job summary

Clean Team, Inc. is seeking a senior Recruiting Leader responsible for shaping our hiring, training, and retention strategies across markets. You will develop Staffing Coordinators, establish standardized processes, and drive GM and corporate recruitment with a focus on leadership and culture fit.

You will own the training plan, oversee onboarding and ongoing development, and monitor surveys to translate insights into action that improves 90-day retention and time-to-fill metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition or training with 2+ years leading a team.
• High-volume hourly hiring experience, ideally in janitorial or multi-site service.
• Experience recruiting for management and corporate roles.
• Proven ability to cut time-to-fill and improve retention with measurable results.
• Experience building frontline training programs.
• Experience running employee surveys and translating results into action.
• Working knowledge of hiring compliance (I-9, background checks, EEO).
• Familiar with ATS, spreadsheets and weekly reporting.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach Staffing Coordinators to standardize hiring.
• Own and document Clean Team's hiring process across markets.
• Create interview guides and scorecards aligned with company values.
• Plan ahead for contracts and seasonal demand with operations.
• Ensure compliance with I-9/E-Verify and background checks.
• Lead recruiting for GM and corporate roles from posting to offer.
• Build a leadership bench to fill key seats quickly.
• Own and implement the training plan from onboarding to ongoing development.
• Oversee new-hire orientation, safety training and customer expectations.
• Report recruiting, training and survey metrics weekly via L10.
• Analyze turnover by market and reason to drive improvements.
• Manage ATS and training records.
