Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of Recruiters responsible for management-level hires across multiple regions.

The role emphasizes coaching, rigorous assessment, and building a bench of Operations leaders to fuel growth and succession planning. You will partner with senior leaders and HR to set hiring standards, manage searches from directors to executives, and drive analytics on time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years full-cycle recruiting; 3+ years in salaried mgmt roles.
• Experience leading recruiters across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Recruiters.
• Partnership with regional ops leaders and HRBP for workforce planning.
• Own end-to-end leadership searches, including confidential director-level hires.
• Build proactive pipelines and succession strategies with internal and external sources.
• Own structured interview guides and debriefs anchored in Towne Leadership Capabilities.
• Analyze hiring metrics and report insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliant, consistent hiring practices across regions.
