Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define the strategy and roadmap across data exchange, APIs, and integration capabilities. You will lead 4-5 Product Owners and drive innovations that enable secure, compliant information sharing in the healthcare ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Health Informatics, or Interoperability Solutions.
• 5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare technology portfolios.
• 5+ years building and scaling enterprise SaaS, platform, API, or healthcare data products.
• 4+ years with healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks including HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA.
• 4+ years delivering measurable business outcomes with product strategies.
• 3+ years in cloud-based platforms, APIs, data platforms, and healthcare integration technologies.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, roadmap development, market analysis, and portfolio prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
• Drive capabilities that improve clinical data integration, patient access, and provider workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Engage with customers, healthcare organizations, and industry partners to gather feedback and validate direction.
• Serve as the executive product leader for interoperability initiatives across the organization.
