Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. seeks a senior leader to establish and scale our Hardware Technical Program Management function from the ground up.

You will define the hardware PDP, hire and mentor TPMs, and ensure successful delivery across automotive, defense, construction, mining, and agriculture to production. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent.
• 12+ years of hardware TPM experience, including 5+ years leading TPM teams.
• Proven track record shipping hardware to production across multiple industries.
• Experience defining and implementing a hardware PDP from scratch.
• Experience managing 10+ concurrent hardware programs.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, operations, procurement, and business development.
• Technical fluency across electrical, mechanical, and system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the hardware TPM function—defining team structure, processes, and best practices from scratch.
• Hire, lead, and develop a team of Hardware Technical Program Managers across electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle integration, and systems engineering disciplines.
• Define and own the hardware product development process (PDP) end to end, from concept through production.
• Oversee a portfolio of 10+ concurrent hardware programs, ensuring each hits committed schedules at the required quality and cost.
• Set program management standards and tooling, and hold your team and cross-functional partners accountable to milestones and deliverables.
• Partner with engineering, software, operations, procurement, and business development to align hardware roadmaps with company priorities.
• Identify systemic risks and gaps across the hardware portfolio, and drive org-wide process improvements to mitigate them.
• Represent the hardware TPM function to senior leadership, reporting on program health, risks, and resourcing needs.
