Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Hardware Technical Program Management to build and lead the hardware TPM function from the ground up. This 0-to-1 role defines PDP, hires and leads TPMs, and runs 10+ concurrent hardware programs across multiple industries.

You'll collaborate with electrical, mechanical and systems engineering, operations, procurement and business development to align roadmaps with company priorities and ensure on-time, quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years as Hardware TPM, with 4+ years leading TPM teams.
• Proven track record shipping hardware products to production across multiple industries.
• Experience defining and implementing a hardware PDP from the ground up.
• Experience managing 10+ concurrent hardware programs.
• Experience hiring and leading a Hardware TPM team across EE/ME/sys Eng.
• Strong fluency across electrical, mechanical, and system architecture.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the hardware TPM function from scratch.
• Hire, lead, and develop Hardware TPM team across EE/ME/systems.
• Define and own hardware PDP end to end.
• Oversee portfolio of 10+ concurrent hardware programs.
• Set program mgmt standards and tooling.
• Align hardware roadmaps with company priorities.
• Identify systemic risks and drive process improvements.
• Report program health and resourcing to senior leadership.
