Responsibilities

• Own the customer-facing program, define milestones, scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive delivery coordination across engineering teams through TPMs.
• Serve as the primary interface to the customer's program leadership and TPMs.
• Own and operate the full program governance cadence across touchpoints.
• Define, own, and report program KPIs to stakeholders.
• Lead issue resolution through structured escalation and triage.
• Coordinate onsite teams to integrate Applied's product into the vehicle program.
