Applied Intuition, Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA, is hiring a senior leader to build and lead our Hardware Technical Program Management function from the ground up.

This 0-to-1 role defines the hardware product development process (PDP) and hires a team to ensure successful hardware ships across automotive, trucking, defense, construction, mining, and agriculture. You will work cross-functionally with electrical, mechanical, systems engineering, software, operations, procurement, and business

Qualifications

• 12+ years as Hardware TPM, incl. 5+ years leading TPM teams.
• Proven track record shipping hardware to production across multiple industries.
• Experience defining hardware PDP from concept to production.
• Experience managing 10+ concurrent hardware programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the hardware TPM function from scratch.
• Hire, lead, and develop Hardware TPM teams across disciplines.
• Define and own the hardware PDP end to end.
• Oversee a portfolio of 10+ concurrent hardware programs with schedules, quality and cost.
• Set program management standards, tooling, and milestones.
• Align hardware roadmaps with company priorities with leaders from multiple functions.
• Identify risks and drive process improvements across the portfolio.
• Report program health, risks, and resourcing to senior leadership.
