Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to own planning, execution, and delivery of hardware development programs.

You will be the connective tissue between design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and operations, driving complex electromechanical products from concept through production. Work with engineering leads to build roadmaps, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure the right teams are engaged at the right time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading hardware development programs with electromechanical systems.
• Experience with drive systems, actuators, or turbojet components is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Eligibility to obtain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, milestones, and roadmaps for hardware programs.
• Coordinate design, manufacturing, supply chain, testing, and operations.
• Interface with engineering leads to align on risk, resources, and schedules.
• Communicate strategy and risk with cross-functional stakeholders.
