Job summary

Angel Studios in Provo, UT is seeking a Senior leader to own retention and churn across the Angel Guild’s multi-million member subscription. You will set the strategy for onboarding, engagement, save/cancel deflection, and revenue recovery, partnering with Product, Data Science, Growth, Content, and Finance to drive long-term value.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in subscription or DTC businesses, with direct retention ownership at senior levels.
• Experience leading lifecycle programs across email, push, in-app, and other channels.
• Strong analytical chops; able to tie retention work to revenue and cohort analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own voluntary and involuntary churn, net retention, and related LTV metrics for Angel Guild.
• Build and lead retention strategy across onboarding, engagement, save/cancel deflection, and revenue recovery.
• Partner with Product and Data Science on predictive churn models, personalization, and in-product retention experiences.
• Lead lifecycle programs across email, push, in-app, and other owned channels.
• Build and coach a high-performing retention / lifecycle team; raise the bar on experimentation.
