Job summary

Foxelli Group is seeking a Churn Specialist to dive into customer data, map journeys, and drive retention across its craft subscription brands. You will own churn hypotheses, design experiments, and build automations to scale retention initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years fixing churn for physical products, experience with onboarding optimization, and a data-driven mindset to turn insights into actionable strategies that improve customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Direct churn experience fixing churn for a physical product (minimum 2 years).
• Able to diagnose root causes of churn, not just report on it.
• Comfortable working with data: cohort analysis, funnel metrics, A/B test results.
• Hands-on experience with customer journey mapping, onboarding optimization, or CRO.
• Experience building automations: triggered flows, lifecycle sequences, or similar.
• Able to turn messy data into a clear point of view and present it to senior stakeholders.
• Has worked across multiple products or brands and uses AI tools to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyse churn patterns across Foxelli brands to identify at-risk segments and drivers.
• Research competitors and benchmarks for best-in-class retention in the space.
• Use AI tools to surface insights, accelerate research, and identify patterns.
• Audit the full customer lifecycle with a churn lens to improve onboarding and activation.
