Job summary

Angel's Web Team is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape how customers discover, evaluate, and engage with Angel products across the web. You will partner with Product, Marketing, Research, and Engineering to identify opportunities and drive initiatives that grow the Guild community through experimentation and AI-powered customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing consumer-facing digital product experiences for web.
• Portfolio demonstrates impact on acquisition, conversion, onboarding, retention, or other growth metrics.
• Experience with AI-powered product experiences and Claude suite.
• Strong product thinking and ability to independently identify problems and drive initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Product, Marketing, Research, and Engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize acquisition, landing page, onboarding, and conversion experiences across Angel's web ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, conversion, and growth metrics.
• Define how the Guild experience is introduced to new users and connects to Angel's mission.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Research, and Engineering to uncover insights and bring ideas to life quickly.
• Use analytics, user research, and feedback to inform decisions and validate solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, content creation, and product innovation.
• Lead design discussions, drive UI initiatives from concept to execution with high quality.
• Contribute to a collaborative, low-ego culture with measurable impact.
