The Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale, FL invites a Guest Experience Manager to lead guest services across Broward Center and The Parker. You will supervise staff, train teams, and ensure a world-class guest journey from arrival to departure for events and performances.

This role requires strong English communication, hospitality experience, and a focus on accessible service, with evening and weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Hospitality training or experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff.
• Knowledge of accessibility requirements and inclusive service.
• Emergency management awareness and incident reporting procedures.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Guest Experience staff and coordinate daily staffing.
• Greet guests, assist with questions, and provide world-class service.
• Oversee operations during events, including accessibility support.
• Coordinate with production, ticketing, operations, and safety teams.
• Train onboarding, customer service excellence, and safety procedures.
• Investigate incidents and resolve guest challenges with empathy.
• Maintain brand signage and distribute event-related materials.
