Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a proactive Guest Experience Coordinator for Broward Convention Center events. This on-call role supports guest interactions, event operations, and logistics to ensure a welcoming and safe experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in English; Spanish or Creole is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, guest-facing roles preferred.
• Must be able to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service at events.
• Serve as primary contact for guests during events.
• Assist with guest flow and crowd management.
• Support ADA accommodations and special room services.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Communicate with guests and team members via multiple channels.
• Be ready to be called in for peak event times.
• Perform other duties to ensure smooth event execution.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
