The Broward Center for the Performing Arts is seeking a dedicated Catering Event Staff member to support private events, internal meetings, and functions across the Broward Center campus. You will assist with setup, beverage stations, light food service, and barback support while maintaining a clean, safe environment for event guests.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required; prior hospitality experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Mansioni

• Set up, break down, and reset meeting rooms and event spaces per BEOs and diagrams.
• Prepare and replenish beverage stations and light food service.
• Provide barback support with stock, ice, glassware, and garnishes.
• Assist catering vendors with service as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized storage rooms, equipment, and spaces.
• Provide courteous, professional service to guests and colleagues.
• Move and arrange equipment safely; operate carts and dollies when required.
