Job summary

The Florida Panthers are seeking a part-time Guest Experience Coordinator at Baptist Health Iceplex in Fort Lauderdale to support front-line guest journeys and oversee event staff under the Guest Experience Manager.

You will respond to inquiries, coordinate party hosts, prep Run of Shows, and collaborate with Operations and F&B to ensure smooth events. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with guests.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with event coordination and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via email/phone promptly with accurate information.
• Coordinate staff scheduling for Party Hosts and Curling events.
• Support Guest Experience Manager during events and post-event wrap-up.
• Prepare Run of Shows and event overviews for staff.
• Collaborate with Operations, F&B and other departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure accounts receivable are paid per policy.
• Complete incident reports and report to management.
• Maintain client communication to meet needs and exceed expectations.
