Broward Center for the Performing Arts and The Parker seek a Guest Experience Supervisor to oversee guest services operations, prepare event logistics, and lead front-of-house teams. You will ensure a seamless, world-class experience from arrival to departure for all guests and artists.

The role requires excellent communication, a positive, calm demeanor in pressure, and the ability to train ushers and volunteers. Bilingual ability and flexible scheduling are valued traits for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-of-event guest services and operations for events.
• Open and manage lobby and house doors on time.
• Monitor guest activity and ensure safe, first-class experiences.
• Provide accessibility assistance and coordinate resources as needed.
• Complete event reports and communicate incidents to management.
