Nimble is seeking a hands-on Head of GTM Recruiting & US People to lead our US talent acquisition and partner with US leadership. The role emphasizes hands-on GTM recruiting (about 70%) with 30% HR business partnership and culture initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition/People leadership in a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup
• Digital-native GTM recruiting experience is essential
• Proven record of recruiting GTM talent in the US (Enterprise AE, Sales Leaders, CS)
• Hands-on recruiting, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and closing candidates
• Experience coaching/leading recruiters while participating in recruiting execution
• Experience partnering with senior executives and mid-level managers on business and people challenges
• Strong understanding of US tech talent markets (NY, SF)
• Exposure to HR partnering, employee engagement, performance management, and culture-building
• Data-driven mindset; familiar with modern recruiting tech and ATS platforms
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end US GTM recruiting for revenue-generating roles across the US
• Establish scalable, data-driven recruiting processes focused on velocity, quality, and candidate experience
• Lead recruiting in New York and San Francisco and tailor strategies per market
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to translate growth plans into hiring profiles
• Leverage AI tools and market intelligence to improve recruiting effectiveness
• Build Nimble's employer brand to attract top GTM talent
• Directly recruit for critical senior positions and coach the US-based recruiter team
• Serve as a trusted people partner to US leaders on organizational effectiveness
