Job summary

eJam, Inc. is seeking a VP of Growth to lead the growth organization across DTC, TikTok Shop, Amazon and paid social. This leader-of-leaders role will manage seven senior leaders and oversee creative, marketplace, influencer, and retention functions.

Base salary ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 with a 20–25% bonus and equity. Hybrid options available for those outside 25 miles from the Santa Ana office. Strong track record in profitable growth is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading growth at a scaled, multi-channel e-commerce or consumer brand.
• Ran a marketing org of about 30 people with directors reporting to you.
• Owned large, multi-channel media budgets across paid social, search, marketplaces and creators.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategy and budgets for CAC, MER, LTV, and payback targets.
• Lead channel teams across Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon and emerging channels.
• Scale creator, influencer, UGC and affiliate programs and connect to performance.
• Improve conversion, AOV, retention and LTV across lifecycle and marketplace.
• Design org structure with clear ownership and KPIs and coach leaders.
• Align growth plans with Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketplace and Product.
• Ensure compliance with FTC and retailer rules; provide exec-ready reporting.
