Job summary

Abbi Kirsten Collections is hiring a Growth & Marketing Lead to own strategy, launches, and evergreen funnels. You will lead a cross-functional team, optimize revenue, and build a scalable marketing engine for a remote-first U.S. operation.

You will partner directly with the founder, design and execute growth experiments, and develop the team while expanding the marketing function across channels and products. This role offers significant autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across marketing, growth, and business strategy, including leading marketing strategy at a growing online business.
• Direct partnership with founder/CEO and acted as a thought partner, not just an executor.
• Led evergreen funnels, launches, customer journeys, audience growth, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing plan across launches, evergreen funnels, content, audience growth and retention.
• Lead end-to-end launch strategy and scale evergreen offers.
• Direct the teams handling ads, creative, content, tech, and ops; spot bottlenecks early.
• Build the bench: hire, onboard, and set up systems and rhythms to run without micromanagement.
• Be the founder's second brain: anticipate needs, propose solutions, and protect the brand.
