• 8+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, lifecycle marketing or related field
• 2+ years in people-management
• Experience leading cross-functional growth initiatives
• Understanding SaaS and product-led growth
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM and analytics tools
• Familiarity with HighLevel platform and agency needs

• Lead and mentor a growing team of Growth Marketers with clear goals
• Partner with department leads to set strategic growth priorities and translate into initiatives
• Own strategy, planning and execution of high-impact growth programs
• Contribute to strategy, testing, analysis and hands-on execution
• Establish KPIs and ensure growth aligns with company objectives
• Use customer insights and product data to identify opportunities
• Build repeatable processes and reporting for stakeholder communication
