Job summary

High Camp is seeking a Head of Growth & Marketing to own acquisition, retention, and revenue for its direct-to-consumer business. You will lead the in-house creative and performance teams and manage agency partners, with a seven-figure media budget and a clear path to scale.

You’ll drive paid and organic growth, own email/SMS lifecycle programs, and shape how growth evolves with AI and automation across marketing tech.

Qualifications

• Owned a DTC P&L or CM line at a brand with $20M+ revenue.
• Originated as an operator and managed media buyers/agencies.
• Directed a high-volume creative testing program.
• Forecasted demand under constraints and adjusted spend.
• Improved repeat purchases/LTV via email and SMS.
• Led tracking/analytics implementation and growth math.
• Built and led growth teams; decisions on in-house vs. partners.
• Excellent Shopify literacy; proficient in Meta/Google/TikTok ads.
• Remote-friendly with US-wide collaboration and travel.

Responsibilities

• Own DTC growth and e-commerce performance targets.
• Forecast annual and peak-season paid media budgets.
• Lead paid growth strategy and incrementality testing.
• Direct in-house creative and testing programs.
• Grow organic reach via social, PR and partnerships.
• Own retention, lifecycle, and channel mix optimization.
• Plan launches with wholesale and corporate timelines.
• Ensure content engine supports wholesale and B2B needs.
• Oversee marketing tech stack and analytics accuracy.
• Build and scale the team, leveraging AI/automation.
