Job summary

Lineage Provisions LLC is seeking a hands-on VP of Marketing (Growth) to own the growth engine, P&L, and testing program for a profitable, subscription-driven DTC brand. You will manage paid acquisition, creative, CRO, ecommerce, email/retention, affiliates, and partnerships, with a focus on new-customer growth and LTV expansion.

The role emphasizes measurable growth over brand marketing, leveraging AI daily to optimize spend and outcomes in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of growth or performance marketing in DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience scaling a CPG/DTC brand to $100M+ revenue.
• Own a marketing P&L with CAC, payback, and contribution margin accountability.
• Structured hypothesis-driven testing with clear readouts.
• Strong analytical skills with ROAS and LTV focus.
• Attribution/incrementality testing across platforms.
• Experience with subscription businesses and nCAC/aMER/iROAS.

Responsibilities

• Set the growth roadmap and translate into weekly execution with clear KPIs.
• Run structured tests across audiences, offers, funnels, landing pages, and creative.
• Own growth reporting and dashboards for leadership and finance.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and first-order profitability with Finance.
• Own paid media budgets across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels like TikTok.
• Lead creative strategy for paid and organic growth and partner with teams.
