Job summary

Purist Nutrition, a REP brand, seeks a Head of Growth at the Senior Director level to own the digital engine of Purist’s growth. You will drive strategy across DTC, Amazon, and paid media, connecting the customer journey from first impression to long-term value.

You are a highly analytical, commercially minded digital operator who builds a growth machine and partners with leadership across marketing, product, finance, and operations to deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of growth, e-commerce, or digital marketing experience.
• Deep knowledge of DTC e-commerce and Shopify.
• Proven ability to improve CAC, conversion rate, AOV, retention, and LTV.

Responsibilities

• Own Purist's digital growth strategy across DTC and Amazon.
• Develop forecasting models linking marketing investment to revenue.
• Build dashboards and weekly/monthly reporting for leadership.
• Drive CRO programs and A/B testing to improve site performance.
• Manage agency relationships to push for efficiencies.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with brand, creative, and operations.
