Job summary

Nutrabolt in Austin, TX, seeks a Senior Vice President of Growth, Digital Platforms, and Media to own the DTC and social commerce agenda, set media strategy across channels, and drive lifetime value through data-driven decisions.

You will lead a high-performance analytics and insights team, partner with finance and commercial leaders, and build an enterprise approach to media planning, testing, and optimization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in performance marketing, digital platforms or media/P&L roles.
• 10+ years leading Analytics/Insights teams with stakeholder partnerships.
• Experience scaling a DTC business, UX/CX, loyalty, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the DTC and social commerce growth strategy across full funnel.
• Lead an integrated media team with ROI-focused governance.
• Drive acquisition, retention and lifetime value through data-driven campaigns.
