Job summary

Mach9 is seeking its first Head of Growth to build and scale our marketing engine. By taking new products to market and generating qualified pipeline, you'll play a direct role in driving revenue.

You’ll lead growth across proven and unproven channels. You’ll manage and grow a team of internal talent and external specialists while remaining a hands‑on operator who personally runs high‑priority initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B demand generation, revenue marketing, or growth with rising responsibilities and measurable pipeline impact.
• Experience in a high-performance growth organization and scaling marketing as a business.
• Startup experience building/leading marketing in early-stage companies and scaling to multi-million ARR with limited resources.
• Hands-on ABM marketing programs in partnership with sales.
• Ambition to broaden scope, move fast, and own full marketing function.
• Player-coach mindset: strategy, hiring, and close-to-execution execution.
• AI fluency with tools for research, content creation, and automation; capable of building landing pages and internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and pipeline goals; define how marketing contributes to qualified pipeline, expansion, and revenue.
• Scale channels (LinkedIn, webinars, events) and explore new ones including paid ads and partnerships.
• Lead product go-to-market campaigns for new offerings and drive demand and engagement.
• Partner with sales to run coordinated campaigns and convert engagement into opportunities.
• Develop customer stories, referrals, advocacy, and cross-sell campaigns to create additional demand.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team; hire, coach, and manage a hybrid mix of talent and specialists.
