Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Regional Procurement Senior Manager for the Houston, TX area to lead the procurement strategy across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. You will oversee carrier management, sourcing initiatives, and supplier performance programs, reporting to the VP of Network Enablement.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with Operations, Finance, and other functions, and a focus on cost optimization, service levels, and network growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, procurement, finance, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading multi-country procurement organizations.
• Strong negotiation of transportation and logistics agreements.
• Data-driven decision making and KPI governance.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Ground & Rail procurement strategy across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Lead carrier sourcing, procurement, negotiation, and supplier management.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and governance processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement effectiveness and network efficiency.
• Lead regional procurement projects, including RFPs and contract negotiations.
• Establish procurement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
