Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year graduate enrollment growth strategy aligned with academic mission.
• Lead university-wide marketing to attract domestic and international graduate students.
• Direct enrollment operations to improve efficiency and yield.
• Oversee CRM optimization and data integrity across recruitment platforms.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform program positioning.
• Build cross-college partnerships to align enrollment goals with planning.
• Manage and mentor a professional enrollment team.
• Translate enrollment data into strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Develop pipeline and pathway initiatives targeting underrepresented graduate students.
• Represent graduate enrollment strategy at forums.
