Job summary

Lehigh University seeks an Executive Director of Graduate Enrollment Strategy to shape the future of graduate education. You will define and drive a university-wide approach to growth, uniting data, partnerships, and operational excellence to position Lehigh competitively across colleges and programs.

Reporting to the Deputy Provost for Graduate Education, you will oversee strategy, marketing, and enrollment operations, with accountability across the university.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field required.
• Doctoral degree preferred.
• At least seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience in graduate enrollment management or related fields.
• Experience with CRM platforms, enrollment analytics, digital marketing, enrollment forecasting, marketing agencies, and enrollment technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year graduate enrollment growth strategy aligned with the university’s mission.
• Lead university-wide marketing strategy to attract domestic and international graduate students.
• Direct enrollment operations to improve efficiency, yield, and applicant experience.
• Oversee CRM optimization and ensure data integrity across recruitment platforms.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to inform program positioning.
• Build cross-college partnerships to align enrollment goals with academic planning.
• Manage and mentor a professional enrollment team across functions.
• Translate enrollment data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Develop pipeline and pathway initiatives targeting underrepresented graduate student populations.
• Represent graduate enrollment strategy at institutional, college, and external forums.
